Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
