Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
