Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
