Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
