Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Timber Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
