Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
