Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 736 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in classroom supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
