Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Field Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Orlando plant. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
