Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Orlando with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
