Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Cross Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
