Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Insurance and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
