Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
