Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Nest Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in classroom supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
