Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Beacon Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
