Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Lantern Medical is a Oklahoma City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
