Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Beacon Community Partners Group is a Oklahoma City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
