Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
