Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Community Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
