Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Junction Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
