Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Nashville serving students and families, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Families are partners. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
