Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Minneapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in volunteer shifts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
