Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
