Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Miami, FL)

Silverline Vista Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
