Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Miami, FL)

Lumen Maple Press Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
