Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Memphis, TN)

Nova Pine Press Group produces print and digital publications in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in bindery work. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
