Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Field Community Partners runs community programmes across Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
