Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Memphis, TN)

Summit Bright Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
