Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
