Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Summit Learning Group Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
