Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Iron Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
