Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
