Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Iron Markets Group is a Jacksonville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
