Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
