Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Oak Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
