Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Maple Press Partners prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Jackson plant, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
