Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
