Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Houston. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
