Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Junction Markets serves neighbourhoods around Honolulu with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
