Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Haven Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
