Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Hartford plant, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
