Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Press Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
