Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Umber Health runs clinics and patient services around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
