Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Willow Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
