Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Sparrow Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in route schedules. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
