Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
