Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
