Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood North Insurance is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
