Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around food distribution that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
