Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
