Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Detroit. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around catastrophe response that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
